About Zhang Chengbo

Zhang Chengbo is a senior partner and patent attorney at Shanghai Zhihe Partners. He is a member of the Shanghai Lawyers Association Antitrust and Unfair Competition Committee, a part-time Master’s Supervisor at SUIBE Trade Negotiations College, and a legal aid lawyer registered with the British Consulate-General in Shanghai. He has extensive experience representing clients such as iQiyi, Youku, Tencent, China Literature Group, CNBG and Skyline Therapeutics in domestic and cross-border litigation and non-litigation matters. Dozens of his cases have been selected as China’s Top Ten Intellectual Property Cases by the Supreme People’s Court and as exemplary cases by courts nationwide.
