is a reference in the field, recognised in the major international directories in international trade law in Brazil. She holds two PhD degrees in WTO Law, from the University of São Paulo and from Panthéon-Sorbonne University. She graduated in law from the Catholic University of São Paulo (PUC/SP). Carla concluded her master’s in law – Diplôme d'Études Approfondies – at Panthéon-Sorbonne University. She is the author of articles and books published in Brazil and abroad, a frequent speaker in international seminars and a selected panellist for the WTO.
