Andrés Terán is a partner at HEKA Law and leads the firm’s technology, telecommunications, data protection and space law practices. He holds a law degree from Universidad de las Américas and a master’s degree in telecommunications, data protection, audiovisual and information society law from Universidad Carlos III de Madrid. With over twelve years of experience advising national and international clients on corporate, technology and regulatory matters, Andrés counsels on satellite capacity agreements, spectrum licensing, market access and the structuring of foreign investment in technology and infrastructure projects.
