About Aly Talaat

Aly Talaat is a lawyer in the corporate and advisory department at Khodeir & Partners. Aly holds a Master’s Degree in international business law, and a Master’s Degree in French business law from the Catholic University of Lyon. Prior to joining the team in 2022, Aly worked at a number of top-tier law firms in Egypt and also has experience in the non-profit and charity sectors in France and Egypt. In addition to the foregoing, Aly regularly advises financial institutions, banks and investment funds, including local and international clients, on matters relating to banking regulations, public offerings, Islamic finance, mergers and acquisitions, anti-competitive practices, real estate financing, asset tokenisation, among many other fields of law.
