Hani Zahran is a partner heading the transactions department at Khodeir & Partners. Hani’s pioneering work includes the establishment of two mobile network operators in Egypt as well as structuring and implementing several major complex M&A deals. He has been involved in some of the most prominent IPOs and major transactions during the last two decades across the MENA. Hani was one of the key lawyers behind the privatisation of several major public-owned companies. He has continued to advise clients on some of the more creative corporate structures to implement their businesses and some of the best ways to optimise their tax treatment. Hani has extensive experience and leading expertise in the field of energy, finance, real estate and sports transactions, as well as leadership skills in managing different teams in the region. Hani’s current focus is energy, real estate, sports and general transactional work.
