About Mohamed Sameh

Mohamed Sameh is an associate in the Dispute Resolution department at Khodeir & Partners, with a particular focus on international arbitration regarding construction, maritime and shareholders’ disputes, among others. Mohamed’s experience includes representation of clients in contentious and non-contentious matters under the auspices of the International Court of Commerce, Dubai International Arbitration Centre and Cairo Regional Centre for International Commercial Arbitration under Egyptian, UAE and KSA laws. Mohamed holds a Master 2 from Jean Moulin University Lyon III.
