Mirna Lakah
is an associate in the corporate practice at Khodeir & Partners, focusing on M&A and project finance, particularly in the renewable energy and real estate. Since joining KP, she has been involved in multiple cross-border transactions, the drafting of key financing agreements, off-shore restructuring, due diligence and general corporate matters. Mirna holds an LLM in Banking and Finance Law from Queen Mary University of London and is a member of the Egyptian Bar Association.
