About Diana Nicholls Mutter

Diana Nicholls Mutter is a corporate and securities lawyer at SkyLaw. Before joining the firm, she received an LLM from Osgoode Hall Law School. Her master’s thesis focused on securities regulation and corporate governance and was accepted with no revisions at her oral defence. She also has a JD from Western Law and recently provided a guest lecture there for a securities law course. Diana has published several articles analysing securities law developments in both Canadian and US law journals, including the American Bar Association’s The International Lawyer, the Canadian Business Law Journal, and the Banking and Finance Law Review.
