About Annalisa Shibli

Annalisa Shibli is counsel at Collas Crill, and has a broad practice covering commercial litigation, cross-border insolvency and restructuring. Her experience includes work on high-value fraud and asset tracing claims, the enforcement of foreign arbitral awards and shareholder disputes. She regularly advises limited partners, shareholders, directors and fund managers on insolvency-related matters. Annalisa is a member of INSOL International, the Cayman Islands Legal Practitioners’ Association and the International Women’s Insolvency & Restructuring Confederation (IWIRC).
