About Alfonso López-Ibor Aliño

Alfonso López-Ibor Aliño is founding partner of López-Ibor Abogados. Before founding it, he was managing partner of Allen & Overy’s Madrid office for ten years and managing director for 18 years at Ventura Garcés & López-Ibor Abogados, which he co-founded with Ventura Garcés, a commercial lawyer in Barcelona. He has worked on corporate law, banking and finance, aviation law, dispute resolution, arbitration and mediation. His experience spans complex cases, but his current focus is crypto-assets, fintech and blockchain, as well as syndicated lending, guarantees and asset finance. He advises international clients on innovative financial technology matters across European markets globally.
