Michael Altit is well known for being a pioneer of the securitisation market in Brazil. He has provided legal advice in connection with some of the most complex debt capital market and securitisation deals in the past. His 32 years of practice includes advising companies, debt and equity issuers, investment banks, investment funds and underwriters, among other entities. He combines extensive experience in top-tier law firms (Clifford Chance and Motta, Fernandes Advogados) with previous hands-on expertise as an investment banker in international and Brazilian banks (Citibank, Santander and Bozano Simonsen) to provide his clients with in-depth knowledge and a unique perspective, from both practical and legal standpoints.
