About Lucía Nieves Filipelli Colletto

Lucía Nieves Filipelli Colletto has been associated with Durrieu Abogados since May 2022. Her previous experience includes working in criminal studies and as an in-house lawyer. She earned a law degree from the University of Buenos Aires (UBA) with a specialisation in Criminal Law and Criminal Procedure Law, and completed a Specialisation Programme of Criminal Law from the Universidad Torcuato Di Tella (UTDT). She is chair assistant in Criminal Law General Principles at the Universidad Nacional de Avellaneda (UNDAV) and a member of the legal sciences research project “Omisión impropia y transgresión de normas (subyacentes al tipo penal) en la República Argentina” (University of Salvador (USAL) and CONICET). She also serves as an editorial assistant at USAL’s Newspaper of Criminal Sciences, and speaks Spanish, English and Portuguese.
