About Abeba Debaudre Negga

Abeba Debaudre Negga advises growth companies on equity financing and M&A transactions, as well as on corporate governance issues. She also regularly advises issuers on financial markets regulation issues and is a member of the Euronext regulatory advisory group – a working group set up by the leading market infrastructure in Europe to advise on the future of French financial markets’ regulation. Prior to joining PR & Associés, Abeba started her career at Davis Polk & Wardwell LLP. She holds law degrees from the Sorbonne University and the University of Berkeley, California and is admitted to the Paris and New York Bars.
