Abeba Negga regularly advises French and foreign companies on high-end M&A transactions as well as directors and managers on sensitive governance issues. Abeba Negga holds a Master’s degree in Business Law and Taxation from the University of Paris I Panthéon-Sorbonne (2013) and an LLM from the University of Berkeley, California (2016). She is a member of the Paris and New York Bars.
