About Jean-Christophe Devouge

Jean-Christophe Devouge focuses on advising corporates, boards of directors as well as investment funds on a broad range of M&A transactions and significant business matters (including sensitive corporate governance issues and disputes). He has particular expertise in matters related to listed companies, having authored numerous publications as well as a practical handbook about the role of independent counsel for boards of directors. Prior to joining PR & Associés, Jean-Christophe practiced with leading US firm Davis Polk and French firms Gide and BDGS. He is a graduate of Sciences Po Paris and of the Panthéon Sorbonne University.
