About Nicolas Rontchevsky

Nicolas Rontchevsky is co-founder of Perchet Rontchevsky & Associés. He is a Professor of Law since 1995 and specialises in financial law, corporate law, markets regulation and contract law. He is recognised as one of the greatest French expert on securities law and complex litigation. He has also been practising as a lawyer since 1988. He is regularly involved in complex market transactions and litigation. Moreover, he has a long practice in arbitration and other alternative dispute resolution. Nicolas is Agrégé des Facultés de droit (private law and criminal sciences, 1995), Doctor of Law (1994) and a graduate of the Maîtrise in management sciences at Paris-Dauphine (1986). He co-heads the Master 2 in Banking and Financial Law at the University of Strasbourg. He is the author of numerous publications in business law (corporate law, financial law, contract law, collateral law).
