About Emanuele Angiuli

Emanuele Angiuli is a lawyer in Milan and a partner in Fornari e Associati. He graduated with a degree in law from Luigi Bocconi Commercial University and acquired specific expertise in the field of financial crimes and corporate liability pursuant to Legislative Decree No 231/2001. Emanuele mainly assists and provides legal advice to companies, both national and foreign, operating in the financial markets sector. He chairs or is a member of various companies’ supervisory bodies. Emanuele is the author of scientific publications and the co-author of “Internal Investigations” (2022). He is a member of the International Bar Association and the Criminal Chamber of Milan.
