About Emanuele Angiuli

Emanuele Angiuli is a lawyer in Milan and a partner of Fornari e Associati. He graduated in law at Luigi Bocconi Commercial University and has acquired specific expertise in the field of financial crimes and corporate liability pursuant to Legislative Decree No 231/2001. He mainly assists companies, both national and foreign, operating in the financial markets sector. He is chairman or a member of the supervisory bodies of various companies. He is the author of scientific publications and co-author of “The Supervisory Body in the 231 System” (2025) and “Internal Investigations” (2022). He is a member of the IBA and the Criminal Chamber of Milan.
