About Enrico Di Fiorino

Enrico Di Fiorino is a lawyer in Milan and a partner in Fornari e Associati. Enrico holds a master’s degree in corporate criminal law from LUISS Guido Carli and an LLM in corporate and insolvency law from Nottingham Trent University. In addition to being an academic fellow of the Luigi Bocconi Commercial University, he is a lecturer at several universities and the author of scientific publications. Enrico is the chair of numerous companies’ supervisory bodies and is the co-editor of “The Supervisory Body in the 231 System” (2021) and “Internal Investigations” (2022). He is a member of the International Bar Association, the European Criminal Bar Association, the Criminal Chamber of Milan, and AODV 231.
