About Enrico Di Fiorino

Enrico Di Fiorino is a lawyer in Milan and a partner of Fornari e Associati. He holds a master’s degree in corporate criminal law from LUISS Guido Carli and an LLM in corporate and insolvency law at Nottingham Trent University. An Academic Fellow of the Luigi Bocconi Commercial University, he is also a lecturer at several universities and chairman of the supervisory bodies of numerous companies. He is the author of scientific publications and co-editor of “The Supervisory Body in the 231 System” (2025) and “Internal Investigations” (2022). He is a member of the IBA, ECBA, Criminal Chamber of Milan, and AODV 231.
