started her career as a white-collar defence lawyer in 2012, after graduating cum laude in International Criminal Law (Columbia University, New York and University of Amsterdam) and in Criminal Law (University of Amsterdam). Her practice focuses on financial and economic criminal law, including corporate criminal defence and corporate (internal) investigations. Jasmijn is recognised as a talented and promising counsel with a fine track record in handling corporate criminal defence cases – a subject on which she lectures and publishes. In 2019, Jasmijn, together with Aldo Verbruggen, facilitated two webinars on financial economic criminal law and bribery for the Academie voor de Rechtspraktijk (Dutch Academy for Judicial Practice).
