About Marc-André Godard

Marc-André Godard is head of BCF’s tax group and has been a member of the Barreau du Québec since 2000. He specialises in the tax aspects of M&A, national and international restructurings, and tax planning for both public and private corporations. His understanding of the business world helps him advise executives on making the best commercial decisions. Over his 20 years of practice, Marc-André has represented several companies in the financial, manufacturing, aluminium and natural resources sectors, as well as some of the largest institutional investors in Quebec. He also has extensive experience in private equity and fund formation.
