About Shafimana Shimakeleni

Shafimana Shimakeleni is a partner at SNC Incorporated. His expertise includes drafting, reviewing and negotiation of various commercial contracts as well as ensuring that international corporations and private companies comply with the relevant laws, regulations, policies and procedures. Shafimana is a legal practitioner of the High Court and Supreme Court of Namibia and holds an LLB (Honours) from the University of Namibia as well as an LLM in Oil and Gas Law with Professional Skills (Distinction) from the University of Aberdeen. He is also a member of the Association of International Energy Negotiators (AIEN) and a Member of the Pharmacy Board of Namibia.
