About Shafimana Shimakeleni

Shafimana Shimakeleni is a senior associate at SNC Incorporated. Shafimana’s expertise includes the drafting, reviewing, and negotiation of various commercial contracts and rendering regulatory advice on the entire oil & gas value chain. He is a legal practitioner of the High Court and Supreme Court of Namibia and holds an LLB (Honours) from the University of Namibia and an LLM in Oil and Gas Law with Professional Skills (Distinction) from the University of Aberdeen. He is a member of the Association of International Energy Negotiators (AIEN) and he serves on the Hydrogen Task Force and the ESG Taskforce committees.
