About Michael Osborne

Michael Osborne is chair of Cozen O’Connor’s Canadian competition law practice. He has over 25 years’ experience defending and advising clients in cartel investigations, price-fixing class actions, and other competition law matters, including unilateral conduct matters and mergers. Michael advises and represents clients in reviews under the Investment Canada Act. Michael also practises commercial litigation and arbitration, and is a Fellow of the Chartered Institute of Arbitrators.
