About Sam Bogetti

Sam Bogetti is a commercial litigator in the Canadian competition law practice at Cozen O’Connor. He assists clients with all aspects of competition law, including inquiries by the Competition Bureau, merger reviews, criminal and civil investigations, private proceedings brought under the Competition Act and foreign investment transactions under the Investment Canada Act. He also acts as defence counsel in price-fixing and other cartel-related class action proceedings.
