Her proficiency spans cross-border financing, structured instruments, and regulatory matters, positioning her as a key advisor to leading entities in the energy, mining, and technology sectors. Macarena holds a Master of Laws from New York University (2006). She worked in the corporate finance group at Cleary Gottlieb Steen & Hamilton in New York and is recognised for her strategic approach and business acumen in sophisticated financial transactions.
