About Željka Motika

Željka Motika is the founding partner of Motika i partneri, with a particular focus on fintech, crypto-assets, and blockchain technology. She has advised on one of the first ICO projects in Serbia and is closely involved in the development of legal and compliance standards for crypto-asset service providers and blockchain-based business models. Her practice includes regulatory structuring, corporate governance, and transaction support, with particular emphasis on alignment with EU digital-asset regulation. Željka is the author of multiple articles and guides analysing Serbian digital-asset regulation in comparison with EU law and is a co-author of The LEGALTECH Book.
