About Abdullah Al Raiisi

Abdullah Al Raiisi is a training lawyer with Al Khalili, Al Ghailani & Co LLP (“K&Co”)’s corporate team. Abdullah has an LLB from the University of Leicester and an LLM from the University of Law, where he completed the Legal Practice Course. Abdullah has also completed internships at several law firms in Oman ‒ notably, Cameron Mckenna Nabarro Olswang (CMS) and Addleshaw Goddard, where he gained valuable experience in each firm’s corporate and litigation departments. Abdullah’s role includes the drafting, reviewing and execution of legal documents, both in the corporate field and the litigation field ‒ completing high-value share transfers, incorporating companies, and handling legal cases in all legal sectors.
