About Mohammed Al Khalili

Mohammed Al Khalili is a co-founding partner at Al Khalili, Al Ghailani & Co (“K&Co”) and currently co-heads K&Co’s corporate and legal advisory team. His experience includes advising the Omani government on its largest-ever international sukuk issuance (USD2 billion) and on Oman’s largest debt capital markets issue (USD5 billion in three tranches), as well as drafting and reviewing documents on a revolutionary development in Oman’s logistics field concerning the introduction of drones in the region, and providing key legal advisory to resolve a major dispute in the mining industry. Mohammed is a leading practitioner in different commercial Omani laws, with up-close experience of the new commercial laws and their practice.
