About Nasser Al Riyami

Nasser Al Riyami is a partner at K&Co. A Fellow of the Chartered Institute of Arbitrators, he advises on arbitration alongside a broad corporate practice spanning company establishment, cross-border M&A and financial matters. He holds a degree in Commercial Law from Sultan Qaboos University and an LLM with Merit in Corporate and Financial Law from Kingston University London. Nasser has advised on high-value corporate transactions, including hotel establishments and major logistics agreements, and regularly lectures on business law, bringing a commercial perspective to the firm’s arbitration practice.
