About Sultan Al Ghafri

Sultan Al Ghafri is the managing partner of K&Co. and head of Arbitration, having co-founded the firm in 2018. He is a Fellow of the Chartered Institute of Arbitrators and has extensive experience in commercial arbitration, with a particular focus on construction disputes under FIDIC contracts and Omani Standard Terms and Conditions, as well as financial and shareholder disputes. He holds a Bachelor’s degree in Commercial Law from Sultan Qaboos University and a Master’s in International Trade Law from Université Paris-Descartes, alongside further qualifications from the London School of Economics. Sultan regularly advises clients on complex, high-value commercial arbitrations across the region.
