About Radhika Parikh

Radhika Parikh is counsel in the IFAM practice at Bombay Law Chambers with 11+ years of experience. She specialises in structuring of PE, VC, private credit and other AIFs, including cross-border structures and GIFT IFSC funds. Radhika has advised domestic and international fund managers and institutional investors on fund formation, investment structuring and the negotiation of fund documentation. Radhika has significant expertise in the framework governing funds in GIFT IFSC and works with IFSCA on policy and regulatory initiatives for the development of the GIFT City ecosystem. She has also contributed to policy initiatives of IVCA and the AIF CFO Association. Her practice routinely involves working with international law firms on cross-border transactions.
