About Alkis Mirkos

Alkis Mirkos is a partner in the banking and finance group of KBVL Law Firm (Deloitte Legal Network) and has extensive experience in banking and finance and M&A cross-border transactions as well as ESG and issues of corporate governance and compliance. Alkis holds a PhD in Civil and Securities Law (National & Kapodistrian University of Athens Law School), an MSc in Law and Accounting (London School of Economics), an LLM in International Business Law and an LLB (University College London) and has been a Visiting Researcher and Visiting Scholar at Harvard Law School and Oxford University (Wolfson College).
