He has two decades of experience in business and corporate legal counselling. Prior to joining the firm, Namek served as the general counsel for one of the region’s leading investment companies, where he was the main adviser on several landmark deals and multi-jurisdictional transactions. He has also worked at several reputable firms, advising on a variety of matters, including corporate, investments, capital markets, M&A and various litigation and arbitration proceedings. Namek holds a Maitrise degree in international business law from Paris I Sorbonne University and a license en droit from Cairo University.
