About Danya Bundy

Danya Bundy is an experienced trial lawyer at Bundy Law. An Oklahoma native, she grew up in a multi-ethnic home, speaking German, Arabic, and English interchangeably. Danya’s courtroom experience began with the representation of parents in juvenile deprived cases, where she advised parents as they navigated challenges such as mental health issues and substance abuse addiction. She gained valuable experience working with domestic violence victims, guiding them to resources and education while advocating for them against their abusers. Her post-law school training includes the American Academy of Matrimonial Lawyers’ Institute for Family Law Associates, the National Criminal Defense College, and the AAML/Harvard Law Negotiation Seminar for Family Law Lawyers.
