About Bolormaa Volodya

Bolormaa Volodya is a partner and executive director of Umguulliin GRATA International Mongolia, the Mongolian office of GRATA International. She has over 16 years’ experience in corporate and commercial law, focusing on M&A, foreign investment, taxation and corporate restructuring across multiple industries, including telecommunications, mining, pharmaceuticals and infrastructure. She is an admitted lawyer and attorney, and an arbitrator of national and international commercial arbitration in the Ulaanbaatar Chamber of Commerce. Bolormaa previously worked at Anand Advocates and held senior legal roles in the procurement department at Oyu Tolgoi. She advises foreign investors on market entry, licensing, compliance and employment matters, and has strong expertise in contracts, regulatory compliance and dispute resolution.
