About Rodolfo Flores

Rodolfo Flores holds a law degree and a specialisation in Business Law from the Universidad Panamericana. He is a Mexican lawyer with experience in corporate matters, M&A, consumer protection, and personal data protection, advising clients in Mexico and abroad. His practice focuses on financial regulation, banking and fintech law, and regulatory compliance, including anti-money laundering and data protection. He has participated in complex transactions, regulatory audits, and filings before Mexican authorities, as well as in the drafting and negotiation of domestic and cross-border commercial and financial agreements.
