About Petra Beishuizen

Petra Beishuizen is a partner at Delissen Martens Advocaten, where she heads the family team. Petra is a trained collaborative divorce lawyer who specialises in family law and mediation. As a mediator, she has acquired ample experience with regard to relationship problems and the personal interests of those involved. Petra advises entrepreneurs and independent professionals concerning the settlement of complex financial and legal matters such as divorce and inheritance. She applies a holistic law approach in which the entirety of the problem is assessed, rather than just the legal part.
