About Mustafa Sayed

Mustafa Sayed is a senior associate in ASAR’s corporate and commercial department. Mustafa’s practice is focused on advising on and assisting with the restructuring of companies, the acquisition and sale of businesses, and the regulatory compliance issues associated with such matters. Mustafa has assisted clients in various sectors, including oil, retail, pharmaceutical and health sectors. Mustafa holds a Bachelor of Laws (LLB) from Cairo University, Egypt and has been admitted to the Egyptian Bar Association since 2015. Mustafa practices law in both English and Arabic.
