Sam Habbas is the chairman and co-founder of ASAR and brings over 30 years of legal experience in Kuwait. He was instrumental in providing strategic direction and development of ASAR it into the leading legal practice it is today in both Kuwait and Bahrain. An accomplished corporate lawyer, Sam has extensive expertise in corporate and commercial law and serves as lead counsel to a wide range of local and international clients. His practice covers a broad spectrum of matters, including commercial, banking and finance, aviation finance, mergers and acquisitions, oil and gas, energy, infrastructure and projects, as well as complex multi-jurisdictional corporate transactions across both the private and public sectors.
