About Jovan Nikčević

Jovan Nikčević is the managing partner of Nikčević Kapor. Jovan specialises in construction and energy law (with focus on FIDIC-based projects), international transactions and dispute resolution through arbitration proceedings. He represented clients in international arbitration proceedings administered under the ICC, VIAC and SCC Rules and has advised parties in DAB and mediation proceedings. He acted as arbitrator at Permanent Arbitration attached to the Serbian Chamber of Commerce and Industry and the SCC. Jovan is a member of the ICC Court of International Arbitration.
