About Enrique Cavero Safra

Enrique Cavero Safra is an expert in competition, telecoms, media, technology, IP, intangible assets and data protection. A PUCP graduate, he has undertaken postgraduate studies in competition and IP law at the PUCP and in commercial law at the IDLI in Rome. A former legal manager for LATAM at Procter & Gamble and partner at Hernández & Cía, he has held leadership roles at INTA, ASIPI, AmCham, CONAR’s Advertising Tribunal, and the Lima Chamber of Commerce’s Competition Committee. He is an arbitrator, published author and frequent speaker at international forums and is recognised for his strategic counsel in complex regulatory matters.
