About José Manuel Guerra Caballero

José Manuel Guerra Caballero is a labour law specialist with nearly 20 years of experience in employment, occupational safety, immigration and litigation. Formerly a senior partner at Guerra, Salazar & Vega Soyer, he now leads Labour Relations at HRMate. A PUCP graduate with postgraduate studies in Labour Law and Social Security, he serves on the advisory council for the Master’s in Business Sciences at USIL. He periodically writes for APERHU and is recognised for his thought leadership in human resources law.
