About Judith Braun

Judith Braun has been an associate at Witzel Erb Backu & Partner since the foundation of the firm in 2020 and has been working with the team at SSW since 2018. As a certified expert on family law, she advises and represents on both German and international family law matters, including separation, divorce, financial disputes and child matters. Judith was admitted to the Bar in 1996 and represents clients in all German family courts. She completed her legal studies in Passau and Munich, Germany and gained international experience in London and Melbourne. She is member of the German Bar and the Munich Bar Association.
