About Julia Pasche

Julia Pasche is a founding partner of Witzel Erb Backu & Partner and has been a partner of the law firm SSW since 2007. She has been practising as a lawyer in Munich since 2003 and is a certified expert in family law. She specialises in international family law cases and represents clients in divorce proceedings and custody cases. Julia's expertise includes prenuptial and postnuptial agreements as well as separation and divorce settlements, and she is very experienced in child abduction proceedings under the 1980 Hague Convention. Julia lectures at the Hagen Law School and is a fellow of the International Academy of Family Lawyers, where she currently serves as European Chapter Treasurer.
