Anastasia Mindrul is a registered patent and trade mark attorney of Ukraine, with more than 20 years’ experience in IP matters. She primarily focuses on legal strategies for protecting and enforcing IP rights, patent and trade mark prosecution, pretrial counsel, copyright enforcement, geographical indications, trade names, industrial designs, and representing clients before the Chamber of Appeals of the UA PTO.
