About Oksana Padokh

Oksana Padokh is a senior associate and attorney-at-law specialising in intellectual property litigation, with a focus on patents, designs, trade marks and IP portfolio management. Oksana also has considerable experience in the development and implementation of strategies for IP rights protection and enforcement abroad, IP transactions and defamation cases. Oksana has been involved in various complex IP projects, including advising on pro bono IP protection for a non-profit organisation, and representing clients in trade mark disputes and patent infringement cases. Oksana frequently speaks at workshops and seminars on IT, copyright, trade mark registration and designs protection. She is a member of the Ukrainian Bar Association and participates in Bar self-government.
