About Oleksandr Mamunya

Oleksandr Mamunya is a managing partner at Mamunya IP, an attorney-at-law and a registered patent and trade mark attorney. Since 2003, Oleksandr has been practising in intellectual property, including patents, trade marks, trade names, designs, copyright, and related rights, domain names, as well as IP enforcement, litigation and anti-counterfeiting. Oleksandr works in close cooperation with the Ukrainian PTO and is involved in projects for improving mechanisms of IP rights protection in Ukraine, and in elaborating and implementing IP reform, as well as drafting novel IP legislation in Ukraine.
