About Felipe Diaz Toro

Felipe Diaz Toro is a founding partner of EDN Abogados. He previously served as legal counsel at BBVA Bank in New York, as an associate at Arendt & Medernach (Luxembourg), and as a senior associate at Loyens & Loeff (Luxembourg). He holds a Law degree from Universidad Andrés Bello with honours (2003), a postgraduate degree in Business Law from Universidad Católica de Chile (2005), an LLM in Banking and Financial Law from Boston University (2007), and an advanced MBA from Universidad Adolfo Ibáñez (2019). Felipe is the only Chilean lawyer who has been authorised to practice law in Chile, Spain, and Luxembourg.
