About Felipe Díaz Toro

Felipe Díaz Toro is a founding partner of EDN Abogados. He previously served as legal counsel at BBVA Bank in New York, as an associate at Arendt & Medernach (Luxembourg) and as a senior associate at Loyens & Loeff (Luxembourg). He holds a law degree (with honours) from Universidad Andrés Bello (2003), a Postgraduate Degree in Business Law from Universidad Católica de Chile (2005), an LL.M. in Banking and Financial Law from Boston University (2007) and an Advanced MBA from Universidad Adolfo Ibáñez (2019). Felipe is the only Chilean lawyer who has been authorised to practise law in Chile, Spain and Luxembourg.
